Isoxel 5450 – set accelerating admixture

Characteristics

ISOXEL 5450 is a set accelerating admixture based on anorganic salts (free of chloride), which is specially formulated to reduce setting time and increase early strengths of concrete.

Application

Application

ISOXEL 899 is mainly used for applications with high early strengths in concrete and mortar. The use of cement types with a high clinker content and the combination with a high-performance superplasticiser based on PCE support the product performance. Important note: Temperatures below < 5°C will stop the hydration process of cement. A suitable curing process is therefore essential.
