We are on site for the first installation.
A COBOD engineer travels to you, handles the full assembly and commissioning, and works alongside your crew until the printer is running and your team is ready to operate independently.
Everything covered at first installation
Assembly, calibration, print testing, and material checks are all done with your team present, not in parallel. We also provide guidance on architecture and engineering requirements specific to 3D concrete printing, helping you avoid design issues before the first pour.
If your design team is new to the technology, we can connect you with architects and engineers from our specialist network who have hands-on COBOD experience.

COBOD Connect is the customer portal for documentation, software licenses, spare parts ordering, and support tickets. All COBOD customers receive access from the point of delivery.
What ongoing support is included after purchase?
