COBOD Configurator

Layer-by-layer visualization

The Configurator lets you walk through a print from the first layer to the last before concrete is poured. Every layer, every path, every transition, visible in advance.

Configurator is used by operators to validate a 3D print setup before execution. It's also commonly used in conversations with stakeholders to show all parties what the building will look like at every stage of construction.

COBOD Nozzle Builder

Custom nozzle design and fabrication

The nozzle is where the concrete meets the building. Different projects require different output: layer height, layer width, surface finish, throughput, and fiber orientation all depend on nozzle geometry.

The Nozzle Builder lets customers design their own nozzles to specification. The resulting nozzle is 3D printed in plastic and ready to mount. It is one of the few tools in construction that lets the operator define the output down to the bead.

COBOD Slice already uses AI to write scripts from plain language and optimize print paths. What used to require specialist knowledge is now a sentence typed into the software.

3D concrete printing also unlocks something larger: full geometric freedom. Curves, voids, and complex forms cost no more than straight walls. AI-generated architecture, which can produce those forms automatically, now has a construction technology that can actually build them.
