Dar Al Arkan's first project is a 3-story 345 m2/3713,55 ft2 3D printed house, with a total height of 9.9 meters/324,803 feet. The first floor has an area of 130 m2/ 1420,84 ft2 which includes a spacious hall, a kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. The second floor is 140 m2/1506,95 ft2 and has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a balcony.

Shams Ar Riyadh
